At Eternal Homes we distinguish ourselves with our unique construction technology. As the only wooden construction on the market with a frame (columns and beams), and as well as the only construction where the masonry is a load-bearing static element that connects the columns with the base and the beams, it ensures maximum seismic safety based on static calculations.

Our materials
Safe materials
Our raw materials are manufactured by leading trustworthy European suppliers. The wood is sourced from PEFC-certified forests and it is considered as the most ecological building material. The wood is kiln dried and impregnated with ecological materials for maximum protection against fungi, termites and other insects.
In BS476 tests (Fire Tests On Building Materials And Structures) our materials managed to withstand fire destruction up to 75 minutes earning the highest score over the building materials. ...view more
Stronger structure
Our structures are built using Glulam Composite Timber, manufactured and imported from Germany, and with European certificates (ΕΝ 14080 / ΕΝ 386 / DIN 1052). Due to the unique preparation process of our wooden materials, they offer very high strength capabilities up to GL36c standards, and are ideal for structural columns and beams.
